Banquet Menus

Thank you for choosing Pulcinella’s to possibly hold your special event function.  All of our menus have the ability to be customized and designed to give you and your guests the choices necessary for a successful event.  Included in this packet are: a couple of antipasto buffet menus designed for cocktail and light dinner gatherings; an Italian buffet for larger groups who do not want a more formal plated dinner event; a four course plated dinner with antipasti for a cocktail hour; and an A la carte section where you can build menus and create as elaborate or simple of an event as you need.  Parties under 25 may have the full menu for their guests to choose from.  At Pulcinella’s it is our goal to create that special menu to enjoy your special event.

Booking your party with Pulcinella’s.

After confirming the date for your event is available, we will need to determine your menu selections and beverage needs.  Beverage selections could be: cash bar; open bar; select wines poured; select beers poured; or open beer and wine only.  The possibilities are endless.

When all the details are settled, we require a 10% deposit paid upon final booking.  Your deposit will be applied to the final bill.  If you cancel four weeks in advance, 100% of your deposit will be returned; if you cancel three weeks in advance, 75% of your deposit will be returned.  If cancellation is two weeks in advance, 50% of your deposit will be returned; cancellation seven days or less from the event, all deposit monies are forfeited.

We need an approximate guest count at time of booking.  Two weeks prior to event, we will need a confirmed count.  This will be the minimum count you will be charged for at time of billing.  Seven days prior to event we need an updated count.  On the day of event, billing is based upon actual head count or two week confirmed count, whichever is the higher.
